Bidsauce.com is a revolutionary new auction experience that combines the hottest brand name products, gift cards, vacation packages and more at incredible discounts in a live auction environment. Bidsauce.com features live timed auctions for registered users and an adrenaline infused experience called a turbo auction.
Registration is the first step. Just click on the “Register” button on top of any page. You will also be given the opportunity to buy Bidboxes that will allow you to be fully armed to win big and get brand name merchandise at huge discounts.
You will be asked to enter your email address and choose a user name and password (user names must not contain offensive terms and must be 7 characters in length and include both alpha and numeric characters). We also ask that you choose a security question and answer that we will use in order to help you in the event of a forgotten password. You must also check the box indicating that you have read the terms and conditions of the site and certify that you are 18 yrs or older.
Enter your first and last name and shipping address. Be accurate, this is where we will be shipping any items you have purchased.
If you forget your username or password, click on the forgot password link during login and follow the steps. An email will be sent to you with this information.
Unfortunately, your user name cannot be changed. When registering, please be careful not to select a user name that could cause offence or abuses the rights of others.
Bidsauce.com limits users to one account each and only allows 2 accounts per household. You must use a valid personal email address to register.
Each Bidsauce timed auction will work like this:
All Auctions start at $0. Each bid increases the price of the item by 1 cent. The “current bid” and “current Bidder” will be displayed and updated each time a bid is placed.
Find an item you want and click the “BID” button. Once your bid is placed, you are now in the drivers seat and your username will be displayed as the “Top Sauce”.
But remember, bid quickly before the timer reaches zero. If the timer expires before another bid is placed, that item will be sold to the “Top Sauce”.
All Bidsauce’s timed auctions run on a "countdown sequence". The countdown timer is displayed below the auction image. Once the timer counts down and has less than 30 seconds left on the timer if another bid is placed the auction timer add a random number of seconds. Each time a bid is placed, the timer resets and begins counting down towards zero. As the countdown sequence progresses to zero it will display a large 3,2,1 Sold. If no additional bids are placed before the item says sold then you may purchase the item.
Note: Inherent latencies in the communication between your computer and our servers exist for many reasons, including the speed of your internet connection. Bid acceptance delays and/or halo-timer inconsistencies, although rare, can occur. Placing a bid with only 1 second remaining on a timer is not recommended, as it may not have time to register before the auction has ended.
Once you have placed your bid, and your user name is displayed as the "Current Bidder", hang on and watch the countdown. If no one else places a bid before the countdown reaches zero, the auction will say sold. Congratulations!!! The item will now be added to your shopping cart allowing you to checkout. Just follow the link and purchase your item at the winning price.”
You must check out within 7 days of completion of the auction. Any unclaimed item in your cart that has not been paid for within 7 days may be forfeited.
Each user is limited to 4 successful auctions per day.
Turbo auctions are a revolutionary new way to bid on auctions. Turbo auctions can come into the auction block at anytime, when they do come up for auction they are in Bidsauce Red. The auction will display "Ready, Set, Go!", and you have 3 seconds to bid as many times as you can. The timer does not reset, once the time is up, it's over! The person that places the most bids in 3 seconds may purchase at the posted price! It is Freaky Fast, and Freaky Fun!
The base cost for a bid can be up to $1. However, you can buy bids at a discounted price when bought in bid packages of 25, 50, 100, 250, or 500. When you win an auction, you will pay the “item sold” price listed on the auction in addition to what you have spent on bidding for that item.
Just go to the Buy Bids link at the top the page or in the customer bar in the middle of the page. This will take you to our bid purchase page where you can stock up on bids and be ready win big at the auctions. Want more free bids? Once you are registered, click the “Free Bids Button” button to get 5 free bids for every friend you refer. Just enter their email address and we will send them a special invitation to join us at Bidsauce.com. If they accept the invitation, register, and purchase any bidbox, we will then credit your account 5 free bids. Remind your friend that they must register using the email you provided in order for you to get credit for the referral.
You can buy bids using either your credit or debit card. At this time, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
As with purchasing bids, you can purchase auction items using either your credit or debit card. At this time, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Once the auction has ended, you will see you user name as the top sauce. The item with its discount price will be placed in your shopping cart. You can go to your account by clicking on the My Account button and your item will be waiting for you to check out. Just remember to purchase the item within 7 days of the end of the auction. If you still haven’t purchased the item within 7 days, the item may be removed from your cart. All bids placed towards that item are non-refundable.
Most items have a flat rate shipping fee. We use UPS and other licensed and certified mail carriers within the U.S. Some premium items can carry extra shipping charges. Check the item description to find out if extra shipping charges apply. Shipping charges will be detailed at checkout.
At this time we will only ship to addresses within the Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.
Delivery times vary for the different items that we auction. Most of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers, with the majority of orders arriving within 3 days of payment. Shipping times may be delayed if a customer has been selected and/or agreed to the Bidsauce Exchange Program. Remember that your email address must be verified as part of the registration process in order to be eligible to receive items purchased on Bidsauce.com.
Purchased items are subject to the warranty provided by the manufacturer. Bidsauce.com does not offer product guarantees.
If you are not satisfied with any auction item you have purchased, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days, unused and in its original package. A full refund is considered to be the price you paid for the item at the end of the auction at check-out, this does NOT include shipping and handling charges. No refund will be given for the cost of any or all bids that may have been used to place a bid.
This may be due to the fact that someone out bid you right after the moment when your bid was placed. Users across the internet will experience the auction based on the speed of their own internet connection. It is possible that bids placed at very close intervals of time may not have had the actual time to be viewed by the user themselves but will in most cases still have been logged by the system. The system will always show the latest bid placed on any item.
Once logged in, you can see you bid balance next to your user name in the grey customer area in the middle.
Once logged in, you will see a My Account button. Click the link. From here you can edit your personal information, Past transactions, check your bid history or change your password.
